Concrete for the Garage and Front Porch

The concrete gods have singled us out for rainy weather whenever the cement contractor is scheduled. The same crew that poured the basement arrived bright and early. After adding lots of gravel to the garage and front porch area, the concrete was poured. Done right, it's a lengthy process. They have a machine (powered by a generator) that smooths the concrete. This is done in several steps done about an hour apart. The end result? Beautiful!
